Evoke Apparel Artists

As artists themselves, our founders, Shawn and Jannette have a passion for supporting the arts. It is important for them to provide a showcase where artists can be profiled, their work displayed and enjoyed by the masses and where artists can be provided with residual income. So, with EVERY purchase of an Evoke Apparel product, Evoke will provide $1 to the artist who designed the artwork for the product.

Payola
Payola has been designing t-shirts since he took a screen-printing class in highschool. His style is heavily influenced by his life-long involvement in skateboarding and street art. He currently splits his time between graphic design and freelance filmmaking. He has traveled around the world with his camera capturing everything from skateboarding in Egypt to ice climbing in Alaska. Payola currently lives in Idaho with his wife, son and a small dog named LALA.

Become an Evoke Apparel Artist

We are always looking for new and talented artists interested in Evoking change through their art. If you are a rock star designer and would like to see your design(s) riding on the chests of the masses, then we would love to hear from you. So we can review your online portfolio, complete the form provided below. Please Note, for liability reasons, any request to review design work received by any other means (eg U.S. mail, e-mail or otherwise) will not be reviewed or considered.

Upon review of your online portfolio, if we feel your work matches both the look as well as the overall mission of Evoke Apparel, then we will contact you to become an official Evoke Apparel artist. Once notified, we will have you fill out some paperwork, submit your art work in the required formats and get you into our system - that's it, that's all you need to do. 

Once you are an Evoke Apparel artist, you will become eligible to receive a check every quarter. The current payout for each design is $1 for every item sold using that design. So in other words, if we sell 300 items featuring your design, you will get $300. If we sell 5000 of your design, you will get $5000. We continue paying out for the life of the design. It's that simple. So be sure to post and tweet where your friends can find your designs. Oh, by the way, you will also receive one free t-shirt for each of the designs you submit which are also selected to be added to the Evoke Apparel collection.
