Returns
Only unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise with original tags attached returned within 60 days from original purchase date along with the original online store invoice will be considered for an exchange or refund. Merchandise received after 60 days from original purchase date will not be considered for exchange or refund. Merchandise received without the original online store invoice will not be considered for exchange or refund. Please note: merchandise purchased from other retailers, including but not limited to department stores, specialty stores or Ebay will not be accepted for exchange or refund.
We guarantee appropriate fulfillment of your order. We also guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects. Therefore, we will accept any wrongly sent or defective item returned within 60 days from original purchase price along with the original online store invoice for an exchange (ie replacement of original item ordered if item is still available) or refund. We will also reimburse shipping costs if we sent the wrong item or the item sent was defective. Shipping costs are reimbursed via store credit only. We will require you to initially pay the return shipping cost. Please Note: Only items returned using U.S.P.S. First Class delivery method will be reimbursed the return shipping cost. Currently, we cannot accept any other shipping method (eg UPS, FedEx, etc). We will reimburse shipping costs for wrongly sent and defective items up to $5.00 store credit per returned item. If requesting a refund only, you can choose to be refunded the original purchase price for the returned item via either store credit or crediting the credit card originally used at time of purchase. Upon our receipt of the wrongly sent or defective item, we will credit your Evoke Apparel account or credit card account accordingly.
If you are returning an item because you would like a different size, style or color, you will be required to pay for return shipping and will be charged a $5 restocking fee on your return. The refund value on your return is determined by the original purchase price of the item less the $5 restocking fee. If requesting a refund only, you can choose to be refunded the refund value for the returned item via either store credit or crediting the credit card originally used at time of purchase. As you are responsible for the return shipping costs, please feel free to use the most economical shipping method for your return. However, at this time, we can only accept returns sent via U.S.P.S delivery methods. We will not accept C.O.D.
Returns will only be accepted with a completed return form (one per returned item). Fill out the form, print it and include it in your return box. All returns must have the original online store invoice in order to process the return.
Returns must be in unwashed, unworn and unused (in other words - new/resalable) condition (Note - Purchased items are determined Un-returnable if worn and/or washed, tags have been removed, or have sustained damage by the customer.) Please allow 4-6 weeks for exchange and refund requests. No cash refunds.

Sorry, but we currently only ship to addresses within the United States. We are currently working on adding International shipping.
Shipping Charges are a $5 flat rate on all continental U.S. orders. Order one shirt it's $5, order 20 shirts it's still $5. So order a ton of shirts and don't worry about the shipping. Oh and don't forget, order $100 or more and shipping is FREE (within the continental U.S.). To help keep our shipping costs low, carrier selection is made by Evoke Apparel at the time of shipment depending on the weight of your order and shipping location - this is generally either USPS First Class or UPS Ground.
Alaska and Hawaii customers add $5 to flat rate. Orders shipped outside the continental U.S. (incl. Alaska and Hawaii) are not eligible for FREE shipping.
Backorders do happen on occasion. When we run out of stock of an item, we will wait for it before shipping your order. It's not usually more than 1-2 weeks before we get something back in. Usually much sooner.
